Group of Africans in western dress. Among them, with his hand on the shoulder of a young girl, is G.I. Samuel, a compatriot of the photographer H.A. Shanu, who also worked for the Administration of Congo Free State. He visited Belgium several times where he died in 1913. Photo given by G.I. Samuel to Governor General F. Fuchs. The photographer is unknown.
